Shipping Terms – COSMIC SOUL
1. Shipping Scope
COSMIC SOUL currently ships only to countries within the European Union as specified. Shipments outside these areas are not available.
2. Shipping Costs

Spain (Peninsula & Balearic Islands): €5 per order; FREE shipping for orders over €70.

Rest of Europe: €10 per order; FREE shipping for orders over €100.

In-store Pickup (Mallorca): Free, available 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
3. Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination:

Spain (Peninsula): 3–5 business days

Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days

In-store Pickup: 2–5 business days from order confirmation
For custom orders or wholesale purchases, delivery times may vary.
4. Order Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. COSMIC SOUL is not responsible if delivery fails due to incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete address information.
If the delivery address is changed or incorrect, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the order is rejected by the recipient or the recipient is absent, COSMIC SOUL is not responsible and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the order value.
5. Delivery to Hospitals and/or Public Buildings
Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, public offices, and other locations with restricted access will be made to reception or a similar location, if direct delivery to the recipient is not possible.
The signature of the receptionist or responsible person will be requested, and the order will be considered delivered. COSMIC SOUL is not responsible for any issues after delivery.
To ensure smoother delivery, customers are encouraged to provide detailed information: department name, room number, floor number, and full recipient name.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, when available.
7. Shipping Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or if there are any delivery issues, contact hola@cosmicsoul.es, and we will assist you in resolving it.
