Prices and Conditions:

  • PRIVATE WORKSHOP IN OUR SHOWROOM

    Price: €60 per person

    Includes all necessary materials for the workshop. The approximate time is 2 to 2.5 hours .

    Minimum group size: 4 people
    Maximum group size: 10 people. Please inquire if your group is larger.

    Food and drinks: includes wine & snacks or coffee & pastries depending on preference or schedule

  • PRIVATE WORKSHOP AT HOME

    Price: €65 per person

    It includes all the necessary materials for the workshop. The approximate workshop time is 2 to 2.5 hours .

    Minimum group size: 4 people
    Maximum group size: 10 people

    Food and drinks: extra depending on what is requested.

    Travel fee: €100
     We travel with all the materials to create a special experience in your own space.

What days and times are available for private workshops?

The workshop date is at the client's convenience, provided Cosmic Soul has availability. The advantage of a private workshop is that you can choose the day and time that best suits you.

How many people attend the workshop?

Private workshops require a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10. If your group is larger, please let me know. If your group is smaller than the minimum, you will need to pay the full price for 4 people in order for the workshop to proceed.

Can you choose the available scents for the candles?

Yes, you can choose the available scents for the candles during the workshop. ✨

Additionally, if you wish, it's possible to create a special scent for your event and personalize your candle labels. This is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge .

Cancellation policies

En Cosmic Soul preparamos cada taller con mucho cuidado, reservando materiales y espacio para cada persona

✨ Cambios de fecha

Puedes cambiar tu reserva sin coste adicional si nos avisas con al menos 7 días antes de la fecha que se dicta el taller. El cambio estará sujeto a disponibilidad

✨ Cancelaciones

Si alguno de los participantes desea cancelar, deberá informarlo al menos 5 días antes de la fecha que se dictará el taller y se le reintegrará el dinero. Si cancela fuera de ese plazo, no se efectuarán devoluciones

✨ No asistencia

Si no asistes al taller sin previo aviso: Se pierde la reserva.

✨ Cancelación por parte de Cosmic Soul

En caso de que el taller tenga que cancelarse por nuestra parte: Se ofrecerá cambio de fecha o reembolso completo.
