Terms of Purchase & Returns
1. Purpose
1.1. These Terms of Purchase (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern access, purchase, and return of the products offered through the website www.cosmicsoul.es (hereinafter, the “Online Store”).
1.2. The Online Store is owned by COSMIC SOUL, a registered brand managed by Vanina Angela Meggiolaro De Cesari, DNI 60596916N, with registered address in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
1.3. Accessing, purchasing, or using the Online Store implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1.4. Each order is subject to the Terms in force at the date the order is placed.
2. Products
2.1. Product images and descriptions aim to reflect reality as faithfully as possible, although slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur due to the artisanal or spiritual nature of some items.
2.2. All product offers are subject to availability. In the event of temporary stock shortages, COSMIC SOUL will inform the customer and offer similar alternatives or a refund.
2.3. In case of cancellation due to stock unavailability, refunds will be made using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
3. Orders
3.1. To place an order, the user must select the desired products and complete the purchase process, expressly accepting these Terms.
3.2. Order confirmation sent by COSMIC SOUL constitutes acceptance of the sales contract.
3.3. Once the order is placed and payment is received, the buyer will receive a confirmation email with order details.
3.4. COSMIC SOUL reserves the right to reject orders for justified reasons, such as lack of stock, pricing errors, or misuse of the system.
4. Price & Payment Methods
4.1. Prices listed in the Online Store include VAT but do not include shipping costs, which will be displayed before confirming the purchase.
4.2. Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

4.4. All payments are processed through secure SSL gateways. COSMIC SOUL does not store customer banking information.
5. Delivery
5.1. Shipping conditions and times are detailed in the Shipping Policy, available on the website.
5.2. COSMIC SOUL is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (transport, customs, or force majeure).
5.3. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address.
6. Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy lasts 15 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

After this period, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Section 1 – Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Manufacturing defect

Incorrect or missing product
If your return meets any of these conditions, contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order at hola@cosmicsoul.es, including your order number and photos of the product.
Non-returnable products:

Personal hygiene items (oils, incense, sprays, creams, energy baths)

Sale or discounted items

Used, opened, or missing original packaging

Personalized products or molded candles with custom scents
Section 2 – Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Section 3 – Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the estimated time:

Section 4 – Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact hola@cosmicsoul.es within 7 business days of receipt.
Once the refund is approved, you may place a new order for the product you want.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without proof of delivery.
Section 6 – Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to modify your delivery address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hola@cosmicsoul.es.
Changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.

7. Cancellations
7.1. Buyers may cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. Once shipped, it must be processed as a return.
7.2. In case of errors in the shipping address or other order details, contact hola@cosmicsoul.es as soon as possible to request corrections.
8. Liability
8.1. COSMIC SOUL is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products or delays due to force majeure.
8.2. Total liability of COSMIC SOUL is limited to the total order amount.
9. Personal Data
9.1. Personal data provided will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.
9.2. By making a purchase, the customer authorizes the processing of their data to manage the commercial relationship.
10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
In case of disputes, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, unless mandatory consumer legislation establishes a different jurisdiction.
