Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas

Currently, COSMIC SOUL ships only to countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
We do not ship outside these areas at the moment.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): €5 per order.

  • Free shipping on orders over €70 (mainland Spain).

  • Rest of Europe and the United Kingdom: €10 per order.

  • In-store pickup: Free, available within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.


3. Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery times depend on destination:

    Spain (mainland): 3–5 business days
    Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days

  • In-store pickup will be available within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
    For custom or wholesale orders, delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the order.


4. Order Delivery

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, COSMIC SOUL is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete address information.

  • If the delivery address is incorrect or modified after dispatch, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

  • If the recipient refuses delivery or is absent, COSMIC SOUL will not be held responsible and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the order value.


5. Deliveries to Hospitals and/or Public Buildings

  • Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, public institutions, or other locations with restricted access will be made to the reception or a similar area, if direct hand delivery to the recipient is not possible.

  • The courier will attempt to obtain the signature of the receptionist or responsible person, and the order will be considered delivered. COSMIC SOUL accepts no responsibility for what occurs after delivery.

  • To ensure a smooth delivery, customers are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible: department name, room number, floor, and full name of the recipient.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number, when available.


7. Shipping Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, or if there are any issues with delivery, please contact us at hola@cosmicsoul.es and we’ll be happy to help you resolve it.
